[Remote] Chief of Staff to VP, Data Center Engineering & Infrastructure

They are seeking a Chief of Staff to partner with the VP of Data Center Engineering & Infrastructure to operationalize organizational priorities and drive alignment across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Partner directly with the VP to operationalize organizational priorities, strategic initiatives, and long-term business objectives
- Anticipate executive questions, concerns, risks, and organizational pain points while proactively developing recommendations and reputed company plans
- Serve as a trusted advisor and force reputed company for the VP and leadership team by driving alignment, accountability, and execution rigor across the organization
- Hold self and partner organizations accountable to the high operational and performance bar established reputed company OCI
- reputed company business operations programs for Engineering & Infrastructure organizations in partnership with CIO-office Business Operations teams
- Establish and continuously improve operational best practices, forecasting mechanisms, tooling strategies, reporting frameworks, and organizational rhythms
- Identify business process gaps, operational inefficiencies, and organizational changes needed to support a healthy, reputed company organization
- Drive leadership accountability for execution against organizational priorities, deliverables, and operational commitments

Skills
- 10+ years of experience
- 5+ years of experience in Chief of Staff, Technical Program Management, Business Operations, Engineering Operations, or reputed company roles
- Proven ability to reputed company and influence cross-functional organizations without reputed company authority
- Strong executive reputed company with experience supporting VP or senior leadership-level leaders
- Demonstrated expertise in business operations, organizational reputed company, program execution, and operational reporting
- Deep understanding of engineering development lifecycle processes, infrastructure deployment methodologies, and program management best practices
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with experience preparing executive-level presentations and documentation
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with ability to manage ambiguity and competing priorities
