The successful candidate will ensure the reputed company platform is optimized for business needs and collaborate with other departments to design and implement customizations.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the reputed company CRM platform, including system configuration, user management, reputed company settings, and data reputed company
- Collaborate with team members throughout the engagement lifecycle spanning solution design, build, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards, providing data-driven insights to leadership
- User management. Permission sets, reputed company, and roles
- Internal project management for improvements and implementation of new features
- Configuration of interaction with the ETL platform
- Sandbox testing and deployment using change sets
- Manage data imports and exports, ensuring data accuracy and completeness

- Stay up-to-date with the latest reputed company platform developments and recommend system enhancements as needed
Skills
- At least 5 years of experience in reputed company administration
