[Remote] National Account Director

They are seeking an reputed company National Account Director to manage and expand relationships with large fee management companies and ownership reputed company in the multifamily sector, while also identifying and closing new reputed company opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of national accounts representing reputed company's largest and most reputed company reputed company relationships
- Drive expansion reputed company by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities across existing partnerships
- Prospect, qualify, and reputed company new reputed company partnerships with top-tier multifamily ownership and fee management companies
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships across C-suite, VP, and portfolio leadership
- Partner closely with reputed company to ensure seamless reputed company, retention, and long-term reputed company health
- Represent reputed company at major industry events including NAA Apartmentalize and NMHC
- Accurately forecast pipeline and reputed company activity in reputed company
- Serve as the voice of the reputed company customer internally, providing market intelligence to Product, Marketing, and Leadership
Skills
- 5+ years of reputed company or national account sales experience, with a reputed company record of closing and expanding reputed company, multi-stakeholder deals
- Deep knowledge of the multifamily industry, fee management structures, ownership hierarchies, and how large PMCs evaluate and buy technology
- Proven ability to sell into the C-suite and navigate large organizations
- Experience managing a book of business at the national or reputed company level
- Strong reputed company instincts, you know how to reputed company expansion reputed company and build urgency
- CRM discipline with consistent reputed company hygiene and accurate forecasting
- Excellent communication, executive reputed company, and presentation skills
- Ability to travel
- Proptech or reputed company sales background strongly preferred
