[Remote] Systems Analyst 3 (2725)
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Systems Analyst 3 to support Texas state government agencies. The role involves extensive experience with PeopleSoft HCM, particularly the HR module, and requires knowledge of Texas policy and federal labor laws while performing functional project management activities.
Responsibilities
- Extensive Texas reputed company sector experience, directly working for or supporting a Texas state government agency
- Extensive experience supporting the HR module in PeopleSoft HCM version 9.2
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of State of Texas applicable policy
- Extensive knowledge of federal labor laws
- Experience preparing WCAG 2.1-compliant materials for distribution
- Experience performing functional project management activities in support of CPA’s CAPPS program
- Experience in interpreting contractual language and integrating it into daily workflows, while consistently holding vendors accountable to contractual requirements
- Extensive knowledge of/experience with data integration, data reputed company, and SDLC processes and methodologies
- Experience with CAPPS Central production and expansion functional support activities for more than 100 agencies and 5 Hub instances
- Experience participating in Fiscal Year-End processes specific to reorganizational changes and legislative mandates for CPA mainframe systems
- Experience compiling mainframe datasets needed for historical employee information, Per Print files investigation, and staging test data
- Experience performing employee and agency-level entry and table updates reputed company to new entitlements or deductions in SPRS
- Experience supporting the CPA mainframe systems by acting as the ACR Coordinator for system changes
- CPA experience coordinating mainframe environment refreshes
- Knowledge of Information Technology Infrastructure Library principles and practices for IT activities such as IT service management (ITSM) and IT asset management (ITAM) that reputed company on aligning IT services with the needs of the business
- CPA experience supporting the FMLA module to reputed company and reputed company FMLA balances for reputed company FMLA plan types in the CAPPS system
- CPA experience participating in Fiscal Year-End processes specific to reorganizational changes and legislative mandates for CAPPS
- CPA experience supporting CAPPS by loading mass salary actions for agencies
- CPA experience performing customer-facing responsibilities in support of the CAPPS expansion efforts for Central and Hub agencies
- CPA experience gathering requirements and writing functional specifications to implement legislatively mandated benefit enrollment programs using web services to communicate between different state agencies for CAPPS
- CPA experience performing SQL actions needed to reputed company the CAPPS, and SPRS systems in sync
- Experience with and knowledge of CPA’s legacy Statewide Financial Systems production support activities
