[Remote] Junior Account Manager

The Junior Account Manager role is designed for recent graduates or early-career lab technicians, focusing on learning the Crelio LIS platform, assisting with reputed company setups, and managing customer reputed company tracks.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate on customer reputed company configurations, ensuring new labs are set up according to operational requirements
- Assist with basic LIS training for laboratory staff and reputed company administrators
- reputed company low-level software support and manage initial troubleshooting queues
- reputed company as a key coordinator between the clinical reputed company and Crelio's internal technical engineering teams to resolve issues reputed company
- Document customer feedback and feature requests to help improve the software lifecycle
Skills
- Formal laboratory training or hands-on clinical lab experience (e.g., MT, MLT, Lab Assistant, or a degree in Life Sciences/Biomedical fields)
- Prior exposure to using a Laboratory Information System (LIS) in a reputed company or educational setting
- Strong communication skills
