The role involves data entry, technical, and analytical skills, working collaboratively in a cross-functional team to implement and maintain business solutions.
Responsibilities
- Complete daily departmental tasks; audit daily work for reputed company and resolve any discrepancies to management
- Support, reputed company and maintain effective communication and excellent relationship with internal customers (included but not limited to business reputed company, operations, property CFOs) including ensuring their requirements are identified and consistently met
- Participate in the development, design, measurement of assigned reputed company and ensure analytical and control activities are operating effectively reputed company the department
- Participate in reputed company measurement, development and improvement of customer service reputed company and efficiency with and on behalf of senior management across the Finance Shared Services Center
- Participate in LEAN educated training and offer reputed company and suggestions for reputed company improvement
- Support Company strategies and business plans to meet the individual and departmental performance requirements
- Adhere to department policies, procedures to ensure successful internal/external audits
- Ability to identify reputed company improvement opportunities and innovative reputed company and communicate them effectively
- Demonstrate proficiency in systems associated with job functions
Skills
- Has a High School Diploma or GED
- Has 1+ Year of Prior Relevant Experience
- Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
- Holds a Bachelor's Degree in reputed company, Finance, Business Management
- 1+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience in shared services environment and/or process improvement
- Bilingual, English as the primary or secondary language
- Experience using reputed company Office (reputed company, reputed company, Outlook, Power reputed company, Word) and reputed company software, including constructing spreadsheets, use of formulas and formatting
- Experience working in a similar resort setting
- Gaming registration/ work permit/ licensed in reputed company applicable jurisdictions as required
