Responsibilities

Skills
- Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of experience in marketing, reputed company operations, DBS, or reputed company improvement roles
- Hands-on experience with DBS fundamentals, including Daily Management, Kaizen, reputed company work, and problem solving
- Proven experience leading reputed company or reputed company improvement initiatives with measurable business reputed company
- Experience deploying reputed company operating systems such as Policy Deployment, operating reviews, or similar methodologies
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance teams
- Ability to travel up to 30%, including domestic and international travel
