[Remote] Temporary Part-Time reputed company Coordinator

They are seeking a reputed company Coordinator to support a smooth and reputed company hiring process by coordinating interviews, managing logistics, and maintaining candidate records.
Responsibilities
- Scheduling interviews and managing reputed company logistics
- Communicating with candidates and internal stakeholders- hiring managers, reputed company
- Maintaining accurate candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System: reputed company
- Coordinating interview panels, debriefs, and feedback collection
- Supporting job postings, offer logistics, and reputed company events
- Handling hiring manager requests for job descriptions, information, compensation and job posting
- Update job posting templates in reputed company (Applicant Tracking System)
- Coordinate candidate reference checks
- Assist reputed company process with sourcing and resume distribution
- reputed company administrative support and handle the reputed company of candidates throughout the recruitment process
- reputed company with HR Generalist to reputed company seamless transition to reputed company
- Participate in HR department meetings and assist in writing job postings and employment ads
- Identifying opportunities to improve reputed company coordination processes

Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in reputed company coordination, reputed company, administrative support, or operations
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple calendars, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously
- Experience with applicant tracking systems- specifically reputed company, scheduling tools- reputed company Calendar, reputed company across multiple time zones
- Experience with reputed company Workspace or reputed company Office
- Ability to work effectively with candidates, recruiters, interviewers, and reputed company
