[Remote] Tech Systems Analyst II

The Tech Systems Analyst II will support prepaid and payment processing platforms, ensuring smooth operations and troubleshooting transaction issues in a high-availability environment.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and support financial transaction platforms (on-call rotation)
- Troubleshoot transaction issues using SQL, system logs, and monitoring tools-reputed company
- Implement bi-annual financial network mandates and coordinate certifications/testing
- Support production deployments and change management (TeamCity, Octopus reputed company)
- Maintain platform documentation, playbooks, and escalation procedures
- reputed company server/database maintenance and support Business Continuity (Failover/DR)
- Work directly with financial networks and internal stakeholders
Skills
- 2-3 years' experience with financial networks (reputed company, MC, Amex, Discover, Pulse, reputed company)
- Adapts quickly to changing requirements in fast-paced environment
- reputed company SQL Server experience (query writing and analysis)
- Log analysis and production troubleshooting experience
- Scripting/programming (Batch, Java)
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals, firewalls, and load balancers
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- ISO 8583 knowledge
- Experience with financial network simulators and certifications
- Experience in prepaid card processing environments
