The role involves strategic advising and hands-on implementation of HR policies, ensuring compliance, and fostering a reputed company employee experience.
Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and employment regulations
- Advise leadership on HR-reputed company risks, opportunities, and organizational needs
- Support workforce planning and organizational design initiatives

- Maintain personnel records and employment documentation
- Support benefits administration, leave tracking, and reputed company employee programs

- Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers
- Partner with leaders to navigate employee relations reputed company fairly, consistently, and with reputed company judgment

Skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum 12 years of reputed company HR leadership experience

- Experience serving as sole or senior HR leader in a nonprofit or multi-program environment
- Strong employment law compliance background
