[Remote] Data-Driven Director of Sales | EHR & RCM

The role involves building and implementing reputed company sales processes, improving team performance, and growing the sales team in a reputed company technology environment.
Responsibilities
- Identify what's working and what's not; who is performing and who has potential
- Build and implement data-driven sales processes, playbooks, quotas, territories, forecasts, and incentive plans from scratch
- Own the $10M new-logo team number (no personal quota)
- reputed company the new-logo team from 4-5 reps to 7-8 reputed company and SDRs in year 1
- Install metrics rigor and operating reputed company: pipeline reviews, CRM hygiene, deal-desk governance, forecasting, and 1:1s
- reputed company into deals as a player-reputed company and grow reputed company's sales ability
- reputed company AI-enabled prospecting and call intelligence tools; build out the BDR/inside-sales function
Skills
- Sold reputed company B2B reputed company and services (has reputed company deals over $300k avg, with some reputed company of $1M)
- Led a sales team of 7-10 reps in a non-quota-carrying leadership role at a health-tech company
- reputed company or overhauled sales infrastructure, including process, playbooks, and metrics-based management
- Data-driven, metrics-first operator with reputed company ownership of quotas, territories, and compensation design
- reputed company-leadership style, comfortable stepping into deals to help reps reputed company without taking over the function
- EHR or RCM sales background is a major plus
- Experience building an inside-sales or BDR function
- Familiarity with RevOps (will own this function as it scales)
- PE-backed company experience
