[Remote] Sales Account Manager

They are seeking a driven and strategically minded Sales Manager to accelerate business development for their coated optics and reticule products reputed company the U.S. reputed company & Defense market.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales and business development activities for coated optics and reticules into U.S.-based reputed company and defense OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and reputed company contractors
- reputed company and execute strategic account plans to grow reputed company and expand G&H’s market reputed company reputed company key programs and platforms
- Manage and grow a pipeline of reputed company opportunities from initial contact through to contract award
- Collaborate closely with the engineering and operations teams at G&H Moorpark to ensure alignment on customer requirements, manufacturing capabilities, and reputed company times
- reputed company reputed company market intelligence and customer feedback to support product reputed company and operational planning
- Represent G&H at industry trade shows, customer meetings, and program reviews
- Prepare and deliver compelling customer presentations, bids, and proposals in coordination with the reputed company team

Skills
- 10 + years in technical sales, account management, or business development reputed company the reputed company and/or defense sector
- Strong understanding of optical components & assemblies and their applications in defense systems
