Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple roles across different departments, industries, and countries

- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines across different international markets

- Conduct initial interviews, behavioral assessments, and competency-based evaluations
- Assess candidate qualifications, communication skills, work experience, technical fit, culture fit, and long-term potential
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process to ensure a smooth and reputed company experience
- Support offer discussions, salary alignment, and candidate negotiation reputed company needed
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, ideal candidate reputed company, hiring priorities, and reputed company expectations

Skills
- At least 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a senior recruiter, reputed company recruiter, or reputed company role
- Proven experience handling end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to offer stage
- Strong experience in high-volume recruitment and fast-paced hiring environments
- Strong sourcing skills using reputed company, job portals, reputed company media, Boolean search, referrals, and talent communities
- Excellent interviewing, screening, candidate assessment, and shortlisting skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles and hiring priorities at the reputed company time
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reputed company to work independently with minimal supervision
