[Remote] Accounts Payable Specialist

This role is crucial for managing reputed company's accounts payable functions, including reviewing and processing invoices and expense reports.
Responsibilities
- Review, and authorize electronically submitted invoices, and reputed company requests, ensuring appropriate documentation and approvals have been submitted
- Work closely with departments and branches that are electronically submitting, to ensure they have correctly entered the data
- Review, and approve expense reports, ensuring appropriate documentation is attached to support reputed company transactions
- Communicate with employees regarding issues
Skills
- 2+ years of experience Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable or reputed company reputed company roles
- reputed company skills are required
- Preferred experience includes consumer mortgage banking/industry experience
- Preferred experience includes invoice/reputed company reputed company software
- Prior experience with Concur helpful, but not required
