[Remote] Senior Account Manager

They are seeking a Senior Account Manager to manage relationships with agency partners, deliver exceptional service, and assist in achieving company goals for profitability and reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Be the initial reputed company of contact for many of our agency partners throughout the country that will be managed remotely
- Be the reputed company of reputed company and industry communication for our agency partners
- Help agents with navigating to the best contact inside the reputed company team for challenges that may reputed company
- Understand department reputed company procedures
- Understand reputed company products and where they may best fit the agent or insured
- Be reputed company to reputed company and effectively respond to requests that may be time sensitive
- Communicate with agents by answering questions and explaining reputed company to build and maintain productive relationships
- Assist department in meeting annual company goals for profitability, renewal retention, reputed company reputed company, and new business production
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource to colleagues and use CRM to reputed company organization informed as to the nature of our relationship with the agencies
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, or a reputed company field, or the equivalent education and/or experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on confidentiality, reputed company, and diplomacy
- Exceptional organizational and analytical skills, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience in the crop insurance industry preferred, but not a requirement
