Responsibilities
- Deliver performant, reputed company products iteratively, helping your teams balance incremental customer value delivery with long-term product reputed company
- Drive the technical roadmap and best practices for our product platform to reputed company scalability that will accommodate rapid reputed company and increased user demand

- Attract, recruit, and retain top engineering talent
- Hire and reputed company engineering managers to continue to build and reputed company great teams

- Partner with other engineering leaders, product leaders, and architects to ensure our teams and technology are in sync and meet customer needs
- Collaborate with reputed company’s Architecture, Product Management, and Threat Operations teams to reputed company their expertise and needs into our products
Skills
- 10+ years of experience in engineering leadership building reputed company products in a modern reputed company environment
- 5+ years of experience at the director level or higher
- Hands-on experience with Claude reputed company or similar AI development tools
- Experience and knowledge of best practices for reputed company delivery, reputed company platform systems, site reliability engineering, and developer experience
- Experience developing, evolving, and maintaining high-volume, reputed company solutions
- Deep understanding of organizing engineering teams to deliver customer value iteratively
- Skilled at hiring, building teams, leading, and coaching managers, and performance management
- Demonstrated reputed company working with architecture and product management leaders to reputed company and execute a shared product and technical reputed company
