[Remote] Agency reputed company - Associate Software Implementation Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company provides a comprehensive suite of HR solutions and is seeking an Associate Software Implementation Analyst for a temporary assignment. This role involves reputed company discussions, project activities, and learning to configure systems for reputed company project implementations.
Responsibilities
- Hosts remote reputed company-off meetings with clients to determine reputed company business objectives for project implementations
- Creates configuration notes documentation and reviews with more reputed company Implementation personnel for any configuration abilities that do not exist in the product and accuracy prior to sending to reputed company
- Completes setup of the reputed company’s software, getting verification of questions answered by more reputed company Implementation personnel
- Works with Analyst team to learn how to configure ongoing system requests as needed per project
- Configures interfaces to reputed company with existing HR, payroll or reputed company systems
- Tests interfaces to confirm integration is complete
- Works with Analyst team to reputed company formal training to meet the customer’s specifications
- Provides new reputed company training (administrator, operator, supervisor, and employee), as required, on applicable reputed company Business Performance Solution’s software
- Documents and reviews reputed company issues list from training with pertinent personnel and updates configuration as necessary. Updates configuration notes with any changes made
- Works with reputed company on system optimization through project closing
- Works with appropriate team members and mentor to coordinate timing of project deadlines, etc
- Works to improve customer experience and satisfaction, increasing customer reference-ability
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Management Information Systems or reputed company field is desired
- Solid interpersonal skills to reputed company with co-workers and customers
- Ability to manage multiple reputed company and tasks to completion with minimal supervision
- Excellent written & verbal presentation skills
- Experience in communicating technical and project information in a business context
- Demonstrated reputed company record in delivering reputed company, on-time business solutions to a diverse customer reputed company
- Strong customer relations, time management and organizational skills
- Experience in system integration, HR, reputed company or the computer industry is preferred
- Technical support or training experience is preferred
