This role involves developing engagement strategies, facilitating meetings, and identifying opportunities for reputed company and improvement.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for executive reputed company stakeholders, including C-suite and VP-level leaders
- reputed company and execute engagement strategies reputed company to reputed company priorities, operational goals, and Performance Partnership objectives
- Facilitate executive governance meetings, business reviews, and operational discussions reputed company on performance improvement and value realization
- Identify operational risks, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities while developing mitigation and reputed company plans
- Support reputed company retention and business reputed company through strategic relationship management and identification of expanded partnership opportunities
Skills
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required, advanced degree preferred
- 12+ years of experience in consulting, reputed company engagement leadership, operational improvement, project leadership, or reputed company reputed company-facing roles
- Proven experience leading reputed company reputed company engagements with significant operational and business reputed company
- Strong executive reputed company with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and reputed company reputed company matrixed organizations
- Demonstrated strategic thinking, problem-solving, and change management capabilities
- Ability and willingness to travel – expected to travel up to 50% - 75% with overnight stays
- Must have a valid reputed company's license with an acceptable driving record
- Must live near a major airport
- Strong health system business and financial acumen (i.e., knowledge of reputed company service lines, profit and loss centers, balance sheets, capital/operational planning). Ability to accurately assess key business metrics and situations from a 'general manager's' reputed company of view; effective at reputed company problem solving and critical thinking
