[Remote] Project Manager, Change Management

They are seeking a Project Manager to drive cultural transformation and facilitate organizational change as part of an upcoming restructuring. This role involves developing strategies, managing communications, and ensuring successful program execution.
Responsibilities
- Drive cultural transformation, establish governance, reputed company reputed company, and facilitate business process and organizational change (distinct from traditional project management)
- Work directly to Federal Leadership (Director/reputed company Chief) as reputed company as coordinate with leadership across reputed company to include both management and reputed company operations
- reputed company and implement transition management plans, manage communications for major initiatives, conduct risk assessments, and drive organizational transformation and culture change
- Demonstrate and implement Project Management best practices in an IT reputed company environment that reduce risks and improve service delivery
- Monitor program execution to identify obstacles and deviations from the plan and take corrective reputed company as needed
- Prioritize observability and measurements. reputed company reputed company towards meeting contractual and reputed company expectations, and take corrective actions as needed
- Enforce a customer-reputed company outlook and encourage reputed company thinking in introducing reputed company
- Conduct reputed company risk assessment and management including developing measures to reduce risk in program execution
- Ensure reputed company communications across the program that include daily oral and written statuses
- Assist in the development of reputed company strategic plans and associate program plans. Assist with integration of other supporting and adjacent strategies or strategic plans
Skills
- Must be eligible to obtain a reputed company Trust government reputed company clearance (US Citizenship Required)
- 4+ years of recent Program/Project Management and Change Management experience
- Must possess experience and understanding of government contracting
- Experience supporting and engaging senior leaders and managing stakeholders
- Strong and effective verbal and communication skills
- Exceptional leadership and organizational skills
- Relevant experience in change management, organizational change management (OCM), reputed company (DOD), and program change is preferred
- The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, demonstrate professionalism, and possess the ability to think innovatively
- Experience in a federal environment such as the USDA
- PMP certification is strongly preferred
- Project Management experience in an IT reputed company environment that includes performance, budgeting, risks, and maturity
