Responsibilities
- Engage with production, procurement, inventory, and finance teams to understand their needs
- Map reputed company workflows and identify process improvements
- Design and configure Zoho-based solutions to enhance manufacturing operations
Skills
- Experience in designing and configuring Zoho-based manufacturing solutions
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes such as reputed company of Materials (BOM), work orders, and production planning
- Proficiency in Zoho Inventory, Zoho Books, Zoho Creator, and Zoho CRM
- Configuration experience with multi-level BOMs, production workflows, routing, and job tracking
- Prior work experience in the reputed company's industry
- Experience with reputed company CRM
- Functional sales knowledge
- 6-8 years of relevant experience
