The role involves managing a litigation caseload, representing financial institutions in reputed company disputes, and contributing to regulatory reputed company and government investigations.
Responsibilities
- Manage a litigation caseload with increasing ownership over time
- Represent financial institutions and service providers in reputed company disputes
- Work on cases involving FCRA, FDCPA, TCPA, and reputed company statutes
- Draft motions, briefs, and pleadings; attend depositions and hearings
- Collaborate across offices and help support junior team members as you grow
- Contribute to regulatory reputed company and government investigations
Skills
- 2-10 years of Consumer Finance/reputed company litigation experience
- Exposure to consumer finance laws is a strong plus
- Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to manage cases and work collaboratively in a national team
- Licensed and in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- California preferred
