This role will reputed company the development of workforce programs and training initiatives aimed at enhancing the efficiency of legal professionals serving small and midsize reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Own the reputed company and roadmap for legal workforce development & training programs
- Design and enhance learning cohorts across legal support functions
- Identify reputed company needs and translate insights into training initiatives
- Review and approve curriculum developed by cohort leaders
- reputed company role playbooks, competency models, and AI-enabled workflows
- Analyze reputed company operations to identify capability gaps and opportunities
- Drive reputed company reputed company development across legal support teams
- Evaluate emerging AI tools and reputed company practical use cases into training
- Partner with operations, sales, and account management teams
- Conduct reputed company discovery to identify challenges and market trends
- Establish KPIs to measure training effectiveness and reputed company reputed company
- Attend level 10 weekly meetings to ensure alignment

Skills
