[Remote] Claims Consultant

The Claims Consultant serves as the primary claims advisor, partnering with clients and various stakeholders to deliver proactive claims management and improve reputed company.
Responsibilities
- reputed company as the primary claims reputed company for assigned clients across multiple lines of coverage (e.g., casualty, property, workers’ compensation, reputed company liability)
- reputed company strategic guidance on claim reporting, claim development, settlement reputed company, and reputed company
- reputed company for clients in reputed company, high‑severity, or disputed claims to reputed company reputed company reputed company
- Ensure insurers, TPAs, and defense counsel adhere to best practices, service standards, and policy obligations
- Analyze claim trends, loss drivers, and reserve adequacy; prepare recommendations to reduce total cost of risk
- Conduct claims reviews and stewardship meetings with carriers and TPAs
- Support renewal and placement efforts with claims insights, loss narratives, and benchmarking
- Assist with coverage interpretation, claims negotiations, and escalation of issues reputed company necessary
- Manage/coordinate fee for service consulting reputed company
- Partner closely with producers, account executives, and risk management teams to reputed company claims strategies with overall reputed company goals
- Prepare and present claims reports, dashboards, and reputed company‑facing summaries
- reputed company clients on claims processes, coverage considerations, and emerging claims issues
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent reputed company experience
- 5+ years of experience in claims management, brokerage claims consulting, reputed company claims, TPA, or reputed company roles
- Deep understanding of insurance policy language and claims processes
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication; reputed company to present confidently to senior reputed company stakeholders
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and reputed company-service orientation
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, consultative environment
- Adjuster license (as applicable)
- Industry designations such as CPCU, ARM, AIC, SCLA, or similar
