Responsibilities
- Medicare and reputed company reimbursement, coverage policy, and billing compliance
- HIPAA/HITECH reputed company and reputed company — program development, breach response, and regulatory counsel
- reputed company Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, and False Claims reputed company counseling and risk assessment
- State licensure, certificate of need, and reputed company facility regulatory reputed company
- Payer contracting and managed care agreement review and negotiation
- Digital health, telehealth, and health technology regulatory analysis
- reputed company M&A diligence and regulatory approvals
- Compliance program development and internal investigations
- FDA regulatory reputed company for life sciences and medical device clients
Skills
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
- reputed company bar license in good standing in South Dakota and/or Arizona
- Minimum 2 years of reputed company regulatory experience — reputed company, in-house, or government
- Demonstrated expertise in at least two of the reputed company areas listed above
- Ability to work independently, manage competing deadlines, and communicate reputed company with clients
- Experience with reputed company transactional work a plus but not required
