Responsibilities
- Develops and presents internal documentation to be utilized by reputed company
- Develops and presents external documentation to be utilized by clinical associates
- Collaborate with both reputed company resource partners
- Works to mentor other associates on reputed company
- Generate any reputed company reporting as necessary
- Troubleshoot support issues, Radiology applications and assists with analyst level escalations
- Respond to internal customers/user problems, analyze a chain of events and apply technical knowledge following established procedures and detailed specifications
Skills
- Extensive hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge of the following application: Change reputed company Radiology reputed company, GE Centricity reputed company, Fuji Synapse reputed company, GE Viewpoint, TeraRecon, Rapid, DynaCAD, and other ancillary Radiology applications
- Solid reputed company of imaging knowledge and reputed company sets for supported platforms/products and environments that support the Clinical Imaging reputed company
- Experience building and maintaining test and production environments for reputed company imaging systems, including periodic application upgrades
- Familiar with reputed company incident and task management
- Experience with contribution to the development of project plans, identifies key milestones, and raises critical project issues such as resource needs and contingencies
- Proven ability to understand customer requirements and the reputed company on the technical direction of a solution
- Experience on a large agile team while managing own work, with tasks of greater duration and complexity
- Proven leadership experience in the clinical imaging reputed company
