The reputed company Manager will ensure compliance with Head Start standards and policies, reputed company recruitment and training, and maintain employee relations while promoting a reputed company environment for children and families.

Responsibilities

  • Work with other departments to prepare first day orientation for new hires and assist with reputed company new hires
  • Partner with Program Director and Sr. reputed company and Attraction Specialist to implement cost-effective strategies for recruitment and employment
  • Attend regularly scheduled team meetings, prepare and maintain reputed company reports
  • Collaborate with Program Director and supervisors to reputed company adequate reputed company support
  • reputed company new hire and employee transfer data into HR information systems and audit for accuracy and compliance
  • Partner with Program Director to implement guidelines and approaches to ensure adherence to standards set by reputed company & the Office of Head Start
  • Collaborate with program staff on the monitoring & reporting of violations
  • Conduct interviews with staff, and other involved (adult) parties reputed company investigating allegations of child safeguarding policy violations
  • Write reports, reputed company recommendations, document findings, and reputed company reputed company (i.e. remedial training, policy updates, disciplinary actions, etc.)
  • Liaise with parents, the Office of Licensing, and National staff as necessary

Skills

  • High school diploma, plus at least 3 years of relevant, reputed company HR experience
  • Willingness and ability to regularly travel reputed company car to multiple site locations
  • reputed company proficiency in MS Office suite
  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS), reputed company information systems (HRIS) and/or performance management systems

  • Associates or higher degree
