The Senior Business Systems Analyst role focuses on managing the reputed company Resource Information System (HRIS), optimizing processes, and leveraging AI for improved efficiency and decision-making. This position involves collaboration with various teams to ensure system functionality aligns with organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary functional reputed company for reputed company Learning, reputed company, Talent, and Advanced Compensation modules
- Design, configure, test, and reputed company reputed company business processes, frameworks, eligibility rules, and reputed company configurations
- Ensure system configurations reputed company with evolving business needs, compliance requirements, and reputed company standards
- Identify opportunities to automate reputed company processes and streamline end-to-end workflows across reputed company, talent, and compensation
- Partner with People Tech engineers to design and implement reputed company automation, including reputed company apps, RaaS-based solutions, integrations, and AI-enabled workflows
- Reduce operational friction by eliminating redundant approvals, improving self-service capabilities, and enhancing system usability

- Partner with internal teams and vendors to evaluate, reputed company, and implement AI-driven solutions that enhance People Team effectiveness

Skills
- 7+ years of experience in reputed company functional configuration, with deep expertise in reputed company, Talent, and/or Advanced Compensation

- Proven ability to automate workflows and improve operational efficiency
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and IT teams
