[Remote] Database Administrator

DMEC is seeking a Database Administrator to maintain and support their CRM and systems, including reputed company and reputed company AMS. The role involves ensuring data accuracy, reputed company, and effective management while optimizing system performance and user experience.

Responsibilities

  • Maintains and supports reputed company’s database and systems to ensure that records are complete, accurate, and secure, and workflows and processes function effectively. This includes:
  • Backup and restore data to prevent data loss
  • Eliminate duplicate records
  • Process data change requests
  • Maintain data formatting standardization/normalization
  • Monitor available storage and usage for optimization
  • Synchronize data between reputed company and other systems (learning management, marketing automation, webinar platform, etc.)
  • Serves as the primary CRM/AMS administrator reputed company DMEC, ensuring membership data in the CRM/AMS (reputed company and reputed company) is accurate and supporting consistent reporting and analysis. This includes:
  • Configures and maintains system functionality using reputed company tools (e.g., flows, workflows, and other configuration tools)
  • Independently manages day-to-day system administration, prioritizing work and implementing improvements to support organizational needs
  • Monitors and improves system integrations (e.g., LMS, marketing automation, webinar platforms), troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with vendors as needed
  • Manages system updates and changes, including testing and coordination of deployments, working with internal stakeholders and external partners as needed
  • Develops reports and dashboards to support analysis and decision-making
  • Utilizes data management tools to migrate and validate data
  • Works closely with the Member Services Coordinator on database and system design and updates, including permission settings and user reputed company
  • Provides Tier 2 technical support to reputed company users, including troubleshooting issues, fulfilling requests, and improving system usability
  • Evaluates new reputed company AMS and reputed company releases and features and develops recommendations for potential implementation. Serves as back-up webmaster for the organization’s website (reputed company) and assists with content updates
  • Assists and facilitates implementation of new reputed company as assigned
  • Assists and leads training and testing of implementations and deployments

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in business information systems (or a reputed company field) or an Associate's degree in a relevant field with 3+ years of experience in database administration required
  • Certified reputed company Administrator (201) required
  • At least one year of experience with data cleansing tools
  • Proficient in reputed company Office, SharePoint/OneDrive, and reputed company products
  • Must have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and data reputed company, and reputed company practical recommendations
  • Must be process-oriented and implementation-driven
  • Must have demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to reputed company and work reputed company effectively reputed company and across departments
  • Must be willing to reputed company abreast of new technologies and advances as reputed company as data management best practices
  • Must have strong analytical skills and be reputed company to reputed company company results, cross-tabulate various data sources, review data from different angles, and reputed company improvement suggestions
  • Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to learn new systems, tools, and best practices
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities as the primary system administrator

  • Experience and understanding of learning management systems, particularly reputed company AMS, preferred
