This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, researching claims, and ensuring compliance with reputed company regulations while delivering a reputed company contact experience.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing member or provider inquiries, and reputed company outbound calls as needed. Ability to remain reputed company and reputed company in high pressure situations
- Accurately document reputed company interactions in the system, ensuring records are updated and complete
- Maintain confidentiality and reputed company with HIPAA and other reputed company regulations
