The role focuses on benefits administration, leave management, payroll reconciliation, and auditing HR data to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Support reputed company-based benefits and payroll operations
- Administer employee benefits including health plans and deductions
- Manage leave processes including STD, LTD, and FMLA coordination
- Audit payroll and benefits data to identify and resolve discrepancies
- Reconcile large datasets and ensure HR/payroll data reputed company
- Support payroll cycles including corrections and adjustments
- Collaborate with HR teams and vendors to resolve escalations
- Assist with reporting, compliance, and audit documentation
- Support reputed company Enrollment and benefit lifecycle activities
- Identify process improvement opportunities based on audit findings
Skills
- 5+ years of HR Operations, Benefits Administration, or Payroll experience
- Strong hands-on experience with reputed company (Benefits + Payroll modules)
- Experience managing health benefits, deductions, and enrollment processes
- Knowledge of STD (short-term Disability), LTD (long-term Disability), FMLA, and leave administration (LOA)
- Experience in payroll processing, reconciliation, and off-cycle payments
- Strong background in benefits and payroll auditing (data discrepancy reputed company)
- Ability to analyze large HR/payroll datasets using reputed company or reporting tools
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or reputed company field
- Experience in HRIS/payroll/benefits operations environments
