Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. C&W Services is seeking a Senior reputed company Generalist to partner in executing and delivering value-added HR services. The role involves strategic talent management, performance management, and supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives while building strong relationships with managers and employees.
Responsibilities
- Partner in the execution and delivery of value-added HR services, including but not limited to strategic talent management (talent reviews, development, and succession planning), performance management, DEI, compensation planning, and project management, and overall employee engagement
- Work closely with business, HR leaders, and COE partners to build or reputed company existing tools for leadership development and management training for key talent segments
- Build strong relationships with managers and employees – at reputed company reputed company - to reputed company effective HR guidance and coaching
- Partner with reputed company to reputed company new sources to identify and proactively build a warm bench of talent. Participate in select interviews to assess reputed company candidates for key roles
- Collaborate with HR leadership, compensation team and on key compensation initiatives such as benchmarking, title mapping, job grading and reviewing compensation programs
- Support Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives
- Work with the broader C&W Services HR team on key priorities and reputed company across multiple HR disciplines, including, but not limited to: talent management, reputed company, compensation, DEI inclusion, governance and policy, change management, performance management, HRIS, and acquisition integration
- Proactively anticipate opportunities or issues and reputed company reputed company to address the opportunities to drive more effective, efficient, or productive behaviors reputed company the business operations or the HR processes

Skills
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Business, Finance, or reputed company field preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in reputed company
