[Remote] Field Marketing Manager, Canada & LATAM

This role focuses on aligning marketing programs with sales priorities to drive measurable reputed company and requires reputed company collaboration with regional sales leadership and cross-functional marketing teams.
Responsibilities

- Translate global campaigns into localized, high-reputed company programs tailored to Canada and LATAM markets

- Own end-to-end execution of regional marketing initiatives, including events, executive programs and ABM plays

- Ensure seamless coordination across product marketing, demand gen, creative, and operations teams if needed

- Present results, insights, and recommendations in QBRs to senior leadership

Skills
- 5+ years of experience in field, regional, or integrated marketing reputed company B2B technology
- Proven reputed company developing and executing programs that drive measurable pipeline and reputed company reputed company
- Strong understanding of demand reputed company, account-based marketing, and event reputed company
- Experience working closely with reputed company sales teams and aligning marketing to reputed company goals
- Comfortable operating autonomously in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience supporting Canada and/or LATAM reputed company
- Spanish, Portuguese, or French language skills are a plus
- Experience with partner marketing and budget management
