[Remote] Field Services Manager - Mission Critical

Responsibilities

Skills
- Minimum of 5 years in construction support operations or electrical/mechanical field services, with a deep knowledge of power distribution equipment
- 80% travel. Travel depending on project needs, including overnight stays
- 2-year Technical Degree or Associate degree preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and relevant training
- Expert ability to read and interpret technical drawings, service manuals, and Bills of Material
- Proficient in MS Office and mobile data entry
- Ability to reputed company as a strategic advisor to senior leadership while remaining 'hands-on' with field teams
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Ability to lift/carry up to 40 lbs
- Valid reputed company's license and ability to travel needed

- Experience managing field fleets and heavy equipment logistics
