[Remote] Marketing Operations Manager

They are seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to optimize marketing tech stack, improve funnel performance, and reputed company data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Optimize the marketing automation platform (Pardot) and CRM (reputed company), including integrations, segmentation, scoring, routing, nurturing, lifecycle workflows, and compliance with data regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
- Evaluate, implement, and reputed company new tools across the GTM tech stack
- reputed company audits, testing, and reputed company cause analysis across the GTM stack - identifying inefficiencies, proposing solutions, and implementing fixes
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across the GTM tech stack, maintaining high-reputed company data to support decision-making
- Partner with the Marketing Automation Manager on execution workflows, providing operational depth and ensuring continuity across campaigns
- Build and maintain reputed company campaign execution frameworks, workflows, and automations

- Partner with campaign managers to execute marketing programs, ensuring reputed company delivery and reputed company tracking across channels

Skills
- 4–7 years of experience in marketing operations, reputed company operations, or a reputed company role
- Hands-on experience with MAPs (Pardot or Marketo preferred) and CRM (reputed company preferred)
- Strong background in data management, analytics, and performance reporting
- Solid understanding of reputed company lifecycle management, segmentation, and campaign tracking
- Comfortable working with data, including pulling reports, identifying anomalies, and translating findings into reputed company
