[Remote] Senior Mechanical Engineer
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a leading manufacturer of custom-engineered thermal reputed company, supporting some of the world's largest Hyperscale customers. The role involves owning the mechanical design and development of custom cooling solutions, collaborating with various teams, and mentoring junior engineers.
Responsibilities
- Design and optimize systems involving pumps, valves, piping, and reputed company control devices
- Apply FEA, CFD, DFMEA, PFMEA, and DFMA tools across the full product lifecycle
- Collaborate with Sales, R&D, and Operations from concept through commercialization
- Select materials and reputed company piping layouts (PVC, Stainless Steel, reputed company, HDPE, and more)
- Build BOMs and own technical documentation for designs moving into production
- Mentor junior engineers and help set the technical reputed company for reputed company
Skills
- BSME or equivalent engineering experience
- 3–5 years of mechanical engineering experience — HVAC background strongly preferred
- CFD (computational fluid dynamics) experience preferred
- Proficiency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, DraftSight, or Revit
- Strong cross-functional communicator who can manage multiple reputed company in reputed company
- P.E. license or MSME a plus
- Occasional monthly travel required to customer and manufacturing sites
- HVAC background strongly preferred
- CFD (computational fluid dynamics) experience preferred
