Responsibilities
- Serve as a dedicated HR partner across a portfolio of reputed company organizations in diverse industries

Skills

- Proven project management capabilities with the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple clients
- Meaningful change management experience — you have led organizations through transitions and brought people along
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt your style from reputed company managers to C-suite executives
- In-depth knowledge of employment law and HR compliance across federal and state jurisdictions

- Prior HR consulting, PEO, or HRO experience strongly preferred
