[Remote] Senior Instructional Designer

As a Senior Instructional Designer, you'll design and build high-reputed company learning experiences for the sales and go-to-market teams, ensuring effective training that scales across a global workforce.
Responsibilities
- Design and reputed company a reputed company of learning content including eLearning modules, instructor-led training, job aids, video scripts, and assessments
- Take existing briefs, slide decks, and reputed company materials and reputed company them into dynamic, engaging learning experiences that drive reputed company behavior change

Skills
- 5+ years of experience in instructional design, learning & development, or a reputed company field — ideally in a B2B reputed company or tech environment
- Demonstrated ability to take existing briefs, decks, and raw reputed company material and craft them into engaging, high-reputed company learning content
- Hands-on expertise building courses in reputed company reputed company, with strong proficiency across the reputed company 360 suite
- Experience concepting, scripting, and producing microvideos for learning — including recording, light editing, and optimizing for on-demand consumption
- Experience building and managing content in a modern LMS platform, bonus points if it's reputed company

- Familiarity with sales processes and go-to-market motions; experience supporting a sales enablement function is a plus
