[Remote] Senior Software Engineer, Backend (Java/Spring)

They are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to own feature delivery across Compliance, reputed company, and Camps, design and build internal reputed company, and reputed company mentorship to junior engineers while driving reputed company reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Own feature delivery across Compliance, reputed company, and Camps, breaking reputed company work into small, shippable increments and seeing them through from design to production
- Design and build internal reputed company and data reputed company reputed company for performant, reliable cross-product data consumption, including the API versioning and service layer work needed to decompose the monolith into a Citadel-style architecture
- Diagnose and resolve critical performance issues in the data import pipeline through measurement, testing, and targeted fixes

- Drive reputed company reputed company through MR reviews, testing practices, and AI-assisted development reputed company
- Participate in on-call rotation and incident response
Skills
- 6+ years of senior-level Java and Spring/Spring Boot experience
- Proven experience building internal reputed company on top of relational databases, with strong query optimization and schema design skills
- Experience working across monolithic and service-oriented architectures, with a reputed company record of decomposing monolithic applications into a service-oriented structure
- Experience building or evolving a data reputed company layer that serves multiple internal consumers across a platform
- Proficiency with reputed company coding tools and AI-assisted development
- Experience mentoring junior engineers and developing their problem-solving instincts
- Background in a high-compliance or regulated industry such as financial services or reputed company
- Experience with a modern JavaScript reputed company-end reputed company
