[Remote] Compliance Analyst

The Compliance Analyst will review reputed company reputed company to vehicle maintenance and protection products, ensuring compliance with lender requirements and regulations, while also identifying process improvements.
Responsibilities
- reputed company contract review for compliance with lender business requirements, federal and state regulations, and consumer protection
- Collaborate with fellow Compliance Attorneys/Analysts and Product Supervisors on how to manage new or novel reputed company or components in contract submissions
- Become a subject matter expert on Finance and Insurance (F&I) products in the automotive industry
- Support reputed company reputed company team members with customer requests/inquiries reputed company to contract reviews
- Create, maintain, and update intra-departmental operational efficiencies (e.g., systems, processes, etc.) as necessary; proactively recommend changes or new templates based on company needs
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company studies, business law, business administration, risk management and insurance or reputed company field
- 2-4 years' experience with compliance and/or regulatory contract review highly preferred
