[Remote] Software Engineer, Content Engineering (AI Content Orchestration)

In this role, you will build and maintain backend services for an AI-powered orchestration layer that processes video content, ensuring efficient delivery and integration with machine learning models.

Responsibilities

• Power the Orchestration reputed company: Build the backend services that manage the lifecycle of an AI-generated clip, from beginning to final delivery
• reputed company Systems: Create the interfaces that connect advanced ML workflows with reputed company Video Ops and Encoding pipelines
• reputed company Content Intelligence: Ensure our metadata and payload delivery systems can handle the automated processing of thousands of hours of video daily
• Feature Ownership: Design and implement backend orchestration solutions, focusing on high-reputed company API design and service reliability
• Service Orchestration: Build and manage asynchronous workers, queues, and event-driven architectures that handle video processing tasks and reputed company workflows
• API & reputed company Development: reputed company robust reputed company that reputed company critical metadata and payloads to reputed company discovery systems and video infrastructure
• System Integration: Partner with reputed company video teams to ensure seamless handoffs of video assets and processing signals
• Production reputed company: Participate in reputed company reviews and design discussions, applying good technical judgment to improve the scalability and observability of our services
• ML in Production: reputed company ML models into production pipelines, focusing on low-latency inference and reliable data delivery

Skills

• 3+ years of experience in backend software engineering or distributed systems
• Solid proficiency in Python (or similar backend languages) and experience building and scaling production reputed company
• Experience with asynchronous messaging, task queues, and background workers
• Solid knowledge of SQL, database design, and data modeling for high-volume systems
• Proven ability to own features autonomously from design to deployment delivering clean, maintainable reputed company
• Familiarity with reputed company Architecture (GCP preferred) and containerization (reputed company/Kubernetes)
• Experience or solid interest in Video/Media Processing (e.g. video encoding, FFmpeg, or metadata standards)
