[Remote] Account Manager

As an Account Manager, you will support day-to-day operations and reputed company satisfaction by coordinating with various teams and providing reputed company support and training on self-service tools.
Responsibilities

- Help support discussions and implementation specialist to secure necessary documentation

- Train clients on self-service tools such as for claim lookup or administrative overrides
- Coordinate the fulfillment of in-writing collateral, including reputed company and member mailings, welcome kits, and other communications
- Support reputed company by representing reputed company at 'lunch-n-learn' opportunities, health fairs, reputed company enrollment, or other meetings as assigned
- Coordinate the ongoing internal review process for policies and procedures reputed company the PBM Operations department
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- At least two (2) years of relevant work experience in employee benefits required with a minimum of one (1) year reputed company or member facing experience preferred
- Maintain a valid reputed company's license and personal insurance liability coverage
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
