Responsibilities

- Build a robust pipeline of new business opportunities and maintain accurate forecasts

- Establish executive-level relationships reputed company major defense organizations
- Serve as the primary reputed company contact for strategic defense accounts
- Represent Ascentec at industry conferences, trade shows, defense forums, and customer meetings

- Coordinate internal teams to support RFQs, RFPs, and technical proposal submissions

- Manage the sales process from prospecting through contract award

- Analyze competitive positioning and recommend strategic investments

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Manufacturing, reputed company, or reputed company fields
- 10+ years of business development, capture management, or sales leadership experience reputed company defense, reputed company, or military markets
- Proven history of generating and reputed company significant defense manufacturing programs
- Existing network of relationships reputed company reputed company defense reputed company and procurement organizations
- Experience managing multi-reputed company-dollar opportunity pipelines
- 7+ years of defense-reputed company business development experience
- Demonstrated reputed company developing strategic accounts and securing new business
- Strong understanding of defense procurement and contracting processes
- Strong understanding of DoD acquisition processes

- Strong understanding of ITAR and export compliance
