[Remote] Performance Marketing Manager

Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of performance marketing campaigns (from brief through launch, optimization, and analysis)
- Partner with cross-functional teams to execute integrated digital campaigns across web, email, in-app, and reputed company channels
- Support campaign QA, launch coordination, and ongoing optimization
- Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables for global marketing initiatives
- Build and maintain detailed project plans, trackers, and status updates
- Manage dependencies, risks, and roadblocks to ensure on-time delivery
- Partner closely with product marketing, creative teams, data science, and marketing operations
- Drive alignment across stakeholders and ensure transparent communication

Skills

- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present to stakeholders and leadership
- Experience working in reputed company or large-reputed company technology environments
- Experience with data analysis or performance reporting (reputed company; SQL familiarity and readability is a plus)
