[Remote] Process Engineer
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company. is seeking a Process Engineer to play a critical role in designing, optimizing, and enforcing standardized workflows across multiple operational divisions. This highly analytical position involves end-to-end process improvement initiatives and requires strong ownership of operational workflows.
Responsibilities
- Map, analyze, and optimize operational workflows across administrative, medical, and portfolio management functions
- Identify inefficiencies and redesign processes to improve speed, accuracy, and scalability

- Ensure adherence to standardized processes to reputed company consistent, defect-free reputed company
- Monitor operational KPIs on a weekly reputed company
- Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements to maximize throughput and reduce variance

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial Engineering or Electronics & Communication Engineering preferred)

- Strong knowledge of Lean Six reputed company methodologies (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred)
- PMP certification is an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in workflow mapping tools (e.g., Visio, reputed company)

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
