[Remote] Promo and Loyalty, Marketing Specialist

This role focuses on leading marketing strategies and executing promotional initiatives to reputed company customer acquisition and retention through a new loyalty program.
Responsibilities
- In partnership with finance and analytics, reputed company and execute promotional and loyalty strategies that support customer acquisition, retention, frequency and reputed company goals
- Define and manage a promotional calendar across national and local marketing initiatives
- Partner with Lifecycle and Brand teams to reputed company promotional offers into acquisition, reputed company, engagement and retention journeys
- reputed company and manage testing roadmaps, including offer structure, targeting, timing and channels, driving for ongoing optimization
- Partner with field marketing and resort operations teams to support local and reputed company promotional initiatives while scaling appropriately across the national reputed company
- Compare and reputed company loyalty programs and reputed company offers across competitors to identify gaps and opportunities
- Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and reputed company value through targeted offers, rewards, incentives and loyalty program enhancements

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a reputed company field
- Strong understanding of loyalty program mechanics, member lifecycle reputed company, and customer engagement best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to distill evolving promotions and benefits into reputed company, compelling messaging
- Analytical reputed company with experience using data to drive marketing reputed company and optimize performance
