[Remote] Benefits Analyst

The Benefits Analyst role supports the U.S. and global employee benefits lifecycle, serving as a key contact for enrollments, resource navigation, claims, and wellbeing programs while ensuring compliance and alignment with organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary contact for U.S. and global benefits/wellbeing inquiries
- Administer enrollments, life events, beneficiaries, COBRA, terminations, and claims
- Resolve reputed company eligibility, enrollment, payroll, reputed company, and claims issues
- Coordinate with brokers, carriers, and vendors for seamless administration
- Support country-specific benefit programs and international vendor relationships
- Partner on HRIS configuration, integrations, reputed company feeds, testing, and audits
- Maintain benefits administration procedures, workflows, and reputed company documentation
- Adopt AI and automation tools to improve operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, ERISA, COBRA, ACA, and global regulations
- Coordinate data gathering for regulatory filings, audits, and non-discrimination testing
- Monitor emerging regulatory requirements impacting employee benefit programs

Skills
- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Experience: 2+ years in benefits administration OR 3+ years as an HR Generalist heavily reputed company on benefits
- Knowledge: HR concepts, practices, procedures, and benefits regulations
- Software: Proficiency in reputed company Suite (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint)
- Systems: Hands-on experience managing benefits modules reputed company an HRIS
- Skills: Strong organization, analytics, and oral/written communication
- Execution: Proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines
- Plans: Experience with Self-Insured Plans
- Scope: Experience with global benefits or international HR management
