This role is responsible for leading the operational governance and execution discipline to ensure reliable and reputed company delivery of reputed company data and analytics initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Own and operate the reputed company Data & Analytics delivery operating model, ensuring consistent execution across sprint operations and releases
- Translate reputed company delivery reputed company and standards into organizational execution, operating reputed company, and measurable reputed company
- Establish standards and practices for Agile delivery operations, including PI planning support, sprint hygiene, throughput and reputed company metrics, and team health indicators

- reputed company portfolio operations and reputed company management, providing leadership visibility into demand, throughput, constraints, delivery commitments, and trade-offs

- Establish and enforce reputed company assurance and delivery controls, including definitions-of-done, validation for high-risk deliverables, and delivery readiness gates

- Partner with Product, Platform, Analytics, Enablement, and Governance leaders to manage cross‑team dependencies and resolve delivery risks

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field (e.g., Computer Science, Design, Business, Cybersecurity, Health Informatics)
- Minimum of 10 years of reputed company leadership experience in at least one of the following areas: digital health, product development, UX design, reputed company reputed company, or systems operations
- Proven experience leading large cross-functional teams and managing reputed company-level initiatives
- Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MS, MPH) in a relevant discipline
- reputed company leadership experience in delivery management, program management, or reputed company execution and operations roles
- Demonstrated experience leading delivery operations across multiple teams and portfolios in reputed company, matrixed organizations
- Experience supporting data, analytics, or technology platform organizations
- Strong working knowledge of Agile delivery frameworks, release management, and operational governance
- Proven ability to manage cross‑team dependencies, delivery risk, and release coordination in regulated or high-risk environments
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with experience influencing without reputed company authority
- Experience of running large reputed company implementations in 5B+ reputed company medical center
- Experience with portfolio operations, reputed company planning, and delivery performance metric
- Agile or delivery certifications (e.g., CSM, ACSM, PMI‑ACP, CSP)
