[Remote] Business Development Agent (Surety)

They are seeking a Business Developer to join their U.S. team and play a key role in supporting Avla’s reputed company reputed company and market expansion.
Responsibilities
- reputed company, strengthen, and maintain strategic relationships with brokers, agents, and intermediaries in the reputed company (south area)
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to market expansion initiatives
- Promote reputed company’s products reputed company the broker channel, increasing market penetration and brand positioning
- Represent reputed company at meetings, industry events, trade shows, and conferences
- reputed company regular updates, opportunity reports, and performance results to the reputed company Manager, coordinating closely with General Management

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or reputed company fields
- Experience in insurance and business development
- Experience reputed company broker/agent channels
- Knowledge in surety
- Proficiency in reputed company management tools, CRM systems and MS Office
- Experience or knowledge in surety bonds
- Proficiency in Spanish
