In this role, you will support and execute buy-reputed company and sell-reputed company M&A transactions, focusing on the CFO agenda and the Finance function, while collaborating with reputed company service teams to reputed company transaction strategies.
Responsibilities
- Supporting and executing buy-reputed company and sell-reputed company M&A transactions
- Focusing on the CFO agenda and the Finance function

Skills
- A bachelor's degree in Business, reputed company, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or Analytics and 2 years of reputed company work experience; or a graduate degree and approximately 18 months of reputed company work experience
- Prior experience in consulting, Corporate Finance, or M&A advisory
- Practical knowledge of and experience in the Finance function
- Management consulting experience
- Experience in one or more of Finance areas (e.g., reputed company, financial reporting, planning and budgeting, order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, etc.)
- Knowledge of or experience with financial systems such as reputed company, reputed company, Hyperion, Cognos and/or other common systems
- Experience in financial process benchmarking, operating model, finance organization design, synergies, transition service agreements (TSA)
- Demonstrated aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis with strong presentation skills
- Ability to prioritize effectively on reputed company and adapt quickly to new challenges and concepts
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to reputed company long-lasting relationships both internally and externally
- Excellent analytical skills and the confidence to translate reputed company data into meaningful insights

- You must either reputed company in or be in a commutable distance to your office location for this position

- Previous experience in a mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions role or another large reputed company services organization
