Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day system operations, user support, and enhancement requests
• Support and optimize quote-to-cash processes (pricing, quoting, approvals)
• reputed company reports and dashboards for pipeline visibility, forecasting, and productivity performance as needed
• Ensure data consistency across platforms
• Support evaluation, implementation, and roll out of new GTM technologies; support ongoing optimization of existing technologies

• Partner cross-functionally to deliver system improvements

Skills

• 5+ years of reputed company Operational Administration experience (not technical administrator/developer)

• Operational experience with reputed company CPQ and quote-to-cash processes
